William R. Mann Receives 2007 IEEE Computer Society TTTC

The first IEEE Computer Society TTTC Significant Contribution Award goes to William R. Mann. The award was presented at the Plenary Session of 2007 IEEE International Test Conference on October 23 in Santa Clara, California. Yervant Zorian, Senior Past Chair of TTTC, presented William R. Mann with the award. William R. Mann is the founder and Chair Emeritus of SWTW, was known as SouthWest Test Workshop, now Semiconductor Wafer Test Workshop. SWTW started in 1991 and has been dedicated to Wafer Test. It has extensive networking among wafer test professionals. It is not your typical regional workshop --- it has over forty exhibitors and attracts more than 450 professionals. With Bill’s significant contribution, SWTW is also well known internationally with more than 25% international attendees. |
